How to talk to children about war.
News about war can be scary to children, so it's important to break down what is happening in a way they can digest. This includes giving your child a safe space to share their feelings, explaining what is occurring and debunking misconceptions or fears. Read tips for talking to children about war.

How storytelling is good for mental health.
Storytelling can be a powerful tool to support kids' mental health, help process big emotions or talk about major world events. Whether by telling or hearing them, stories help children practice listening, foster imagination and improve empathy. Learn more about storytelling.

Storytelling activities for families.
There are many activities you can try to help your child expand their storytelling skills and find new ways to process their feelings and anxieties. Try making homemade "storytelling dice" to create a fun story or hosting your own Storytime at home. More storytelling activities.
