Three gifts support mental health, research and neonatal care
CHOC is so grateful to recently have received three very generous gifts that will help us continue to care for more than 185,000 babies, kids and teens each year.
Honoring CHOC’s longest-serving blood and platelet donor
Ron Shepherd understands the importance of blood and platelet donations. Although he’s never needed a transfusion himself nor has he met any of his beneficiaries, he’s become our most tenured donor. In the past 30 years, he has donated more than 225 units of whole blood and platelets.
